Dinotopia is treated as an absolutely real place. Zippo, noted saurian scholar and librarian, also periodically joins the program as the host of 15 to 30-second "Dino-Newsbreaks". During these sudden breaks in the show, Zippo brings us stories from all parts of Dinotopia.
